Beaches Turks & Caicos continues to be one of the most popular family all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, and for good reason. Located on world-famous Grace Bay Beach, the resort offers one of the best beaches in the world, a massive waterpark, endless dining options, and multiple “villages” that all feel like different resorts inside one property.

One of the biggest updates recently has been the addition of the brand-new Treasure Beach Village, which brings a more modern and luxury feel to the resort. Because Beaches Turks & Caicos is so large, choosing the right village can make a big difference in your experience.

In this guide, I’ll break down the new Treasure Beach Village, the differences between each village, and which one I recommend depending on the type of trip you’re planning.

Treasure Beach Village – The Newest Village and a Huge Upgrade for Beaches Turks & Caicos

The Treasure Beach Village is the newest addition to Beaches Turks & Caicos, and this is where the resort really stepped things up. This village feels like a completely different level compared to the older sections of the property, and in my opinion, this was exactly what the resort needed.

From the moment you walk into this area, you can tell Sandals/Beaches went all out. The pools are more modern, the layout feels more open, and the overall vibe is more upscale than the rest of the resort. They even added new features like a movie theater, upgraded dining options, and better bar areas, which really makes this section stand out.

They really stepped up the food, drinks, and service in this village. Everything feels a little more polished compared to some of the older areas of the resort. The restaurants here have a higher-end feel, the bars are better stocked, and the staff is very focused on service. This village just opened, so time will tell if that level stays the same, but right now it definitely outperforms the other villages.

If you want the newest rooms, the most updated design, and the most luxury feel at Beaches Turks & Caicos, Treasure Beach Village is easily the top choice right now.

Italian Village – The Center of the Action

The Italian Village is the heart of the resort and the most lively section of Beaches Turks & Caicos. If you like being in the middle of everything, this is the village that gets the most action.

The pool and hot tub area here draws a lot of attention both during the day and at night, which makes it fun, but also more crowded. This village can feel louder than the others, so it’s not always the best choice for guests looking for peace and quiet.

The rooms have great layouts, especially for families, and this section is very centrally located. It’s only about a 2–3 minute walk to the waterpark, kids club, and nightly entertainment shows.

One thing I always tell clients — if you want a good chair by the pool here, get up early. Chairs go fast, and while I’m not a fan of people reserving them, it definitely happens.

If you want the most energy, the most activity, and the most convenient location, the Italian Village is a great choice.

French Village – Quiet, Convenient, and a Great Value

The French Village is one of the most underrated sections of the resort. It’s usually priced lower than some of the other villages, but it offers a quieter atmosphere and a very convenient location.

The pool here is often less crowded, and you can usually find shaded chairs without having to fight for them. There’s still a swim-up bar and plenty of seating, but the overall vibe is more relaxed.

The connecting rooms are a great option for families with older kids who want extra space without upgrading to the highest room categories.

This village is also closest to the kids club, the waterpark, the coffee shop, and the theater. Even though it’s not directly on the beach, it’s only about a 3–5 minute walk to the Italian Village and about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

For families who want a quieter stay and a better price, the French Village is a great option.

Caribbean Village – Best Budget Option with Renovations in Progress

The Caribbean Village is one of the original sections of the resort and usually the lowest price. This village is currently being renovated, but the updates are happening slowly, so you’ll see a mix of older areas and newly refreshed rooms.

Some of the renovated rooms look great, and if you can book one of those categories, this village can be a very good value.

The pool area is lively and social, with a swim-up bar that stays busy throughout the day. Even though parts of this village are older, everything is still clean, fun, and fully usable. Elmo’s Kids Camp is located here, which makes it very convenient for families with younger kids.

Just remember — no matter what village you stay in, you can use the entire resort. Staying here is a great way to save money while still enjoying everything Beaches has to offer.

Key West Village – Quiet, Private, and More Relaxed

The Key West Village is the most intimate and relaxed section of the resort. There isn’t much action at the pools here, and the layout is designed with smaller, more private pool areas for each section.

This makes the whole village feel quieter and less crowded, which a lot of families really like.

It is located on one side of the resort, so getting to Treasure Beach or the main activity areas can take about a 5–7 minute walk depending on where your room is.

There are also some very nice restaurants in this village with great ocean views, and the rooftop restaurant is one of the best spots for breakfast on the property.

If you want space, privacy, and a calmer atmosphere, Key West is a great choice.

Which Village Should You Stay In at Beaches Turks & Caicos?

There isn’t one village that’s best for everyone. The right choice depends on your budget, your kids’ ages, and what kind of trip you want.
